Phillip Doba of Rolla was found to be a suspect in arson fire

A July 16th fire in an apartment complex has been ruled as arson. The fire that broke out in the 800 block of South Bishop Avenue resulted in damage to 3 apartments. Fire investigator’s reported that they eliminated the possibility that the fire was an accident, and found that it had been set. After interviewing nearly a dozen people, Phillip Doba of Rolla was found to be a suspect in the fire, and he was arrested. Dobo is charged with arson and first-degree burglary and is being held with a bond of $75-thousand-dollars.
