Phelps County Serious

A crash occurred last night in Phelps county leaving a St. Louis man seriously injured. 59-year-old Dwayne Richardson was headed eastbound on I-44. At approximately 10:40 PM, at Mile Marker 175.2, Richardson traveled off the right side of the roadway before returning to the roadway. His 2000 GMC Sonoma then traveled off the right side of the roadway before striking a rock embankment and coming to a rest. Richardson was transported by Phelps Air to Mercy St. Louis and was not wearing a seatbelt. His car was totaled.
