Phelps County man was sentenced to seven years in prison for abusing a four-month-old child

In Pulaski County Circuit Court this week, a Phelps County man was sentenced to seven years in prison for abusing a four-month-old child. Shawn Crall of Rolla was released on bond, pending an appeal of his case. The case had been moved to Pulaski County on a change of venue. Crall and his wife Hannah were found guilty of child abuse after it was determined that their child had sustained 18 broken bones, which were determined to be caused by trauma and not by accident. Hannah Crall was also scheduled to have been sentenced this week as well.
