Phelps County Couple face first degree charges of child endangerment after the death of a 2 month old

The death of a two-month-old child in Phelps County from an overdose of Fentanyl has resulted in charges being filed against two people. 27-year-old Reginald Stodulski and 28-year-old Sassy Stodulski are charged with first degree endangering the welfare of a child stemming from an incident at their home in Rolla, during December 2019. According to the charges, the drug was found on a coffee table within the reach of the female child whose autopsy showed an overdose of Fentanyl to be the cause of death.
