Pedestrian Struck by Car

A pedestrian, laying next to the road suffered serious injuries after being struck by a car driven by 20-year old Dominque D. McDonald of Fayette. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that 41-year old, Nicole M. Davenport of Osage Beach was airlifted to University Hospital following the accident at 2:20 this morning  on Kaiser Industrial Road in Miller County. An investigation is continuing.
