One month from today will be the 20th anniversary of the traumatic Twin Towers and Pentagon terrorist attack in New York and Washington, D. C. Locally, the Armed Services Y-M-C-A of Missouri is planning a day of remembrance, patriotism, music, and fellowship to observe Patriot’s Day.

There will be a music festival from 5 to 9:30 featuring the Scooter Brown Band, Chuck Briseno, and Hunter Hathcoat.
A fireworks display will take place at dark.
Early bird event tickets are $20 online for ages 16 and up. Tickets not purchased by September 8th can be purchased at the festival for $25. Tickets for children, ages 6 through 15, are $10 each.

The Remembering 9/11 Patriots Day Festival will be held on Saturday, September 11th, from 7:45 in the morning to ten o’ clock in the event at the Pulaski County-Fort Wood Shrine Club in Buckhorn.
