Ozarks Kat and K9

Ozarks Kat and K9 take in alot of animals daily, and they look for homes for the animals. The shelter has had a lot of strays dumped outside their shelter recently, and especially during the summer time. The heat can get to animals if left outside too long in the summertime, and animals that don’t get treated well in the summer or who don’t have a home go to the shelter so the shelter can help find them one. Board President Mark Engstrom says they take in over hundreds of animals a year.

Engstrom says they also have a thrift shop.

Engstrom says they have roughly 10 animals get adopted within a week.
