An investigation by the Mid Missouri Drug Task Force has led to multiple charges being filed against a couple from Osage Beach. Task force officers responded to a residence in Camden County and which was occupied by Judith Diane Arbogast and Michael S. Arbogast Jr with a search warrant. During the search the officers seized more than 200 pills, substances that were packaged, bags of crystal substances, and white powder that tested positive for the presence of Fentanyl. When the officers searched three safes in the home, they located semiautomatic pistols, and controlled substances. Both Arbogast’s are charged with trafficking a controlled substance, 2 counts of unlawful use of a weapons, and possession of a controlled substance. They are also charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Both are being held without bond.
