The City of Osage Beach has set its agenda for its next Board of Alderman Meeting. The meeting will be open for citizen communications after the call to order, pledge of allegiance, and roll call. “This is a time set aside on the agenda for citizens and visitors to address the Mayor and Board on any topic that is not a public hearing.” The mayor’s communication section will consist of a Proclamation authorizing the Mayor regarding National Health Week. After approval of the Consent of Agenda, various bills are on the unfinished business section of the agenda. These include the second reading of an ordinance to Approve the Redevelopment Project for the Osage Beach Commons Tax Increment Financing Plan, the second reading of an ordinance authorizing the expenditure of funds for the LOZ Visual Arts Organization’s LOZ En Plein Air Art Festival Event Support Request, and the second reading of an ordinance amending section 340.150 Manner of Operation of Motor Vehicles.

In new business, three ordinances will be reviewed, discussing amendments to chapter 405 “Zoning Regulations” Article V. “Signs”, an ordinance repealing and replacing Chapter 405
“Zoning Regulations”, and an ordinance regarding Osage Beach Roads, Streets, and Parking Areas. A Motion to approve the purchase of Office 365 licenses from forwarding Slash Technologies is also on the agenda, as well as a Motion to approve the purchase of 3 submersible pumps for lift station CL17 from Municipal Pump Company Inc. There will be a Discussion about Osage Beach Private Road Assessment.

The meeting will adjourn for an executive session after communications from the board and staff. the meeting will be at City hall on August 4th at 6 PM.
