Operation Care goes into effect for Thanksgiving travelers

(Rolla)–Traffic volumes will increase dramatically tomorrow evening as many people take to the highway to enjoy Thanksgiving. Sergeant Mike Mitchell, Missouri Highway Patrol Troop I Information and Education officer, advises motorists to be prepared for the journey. He says law enforcement will be out in full force with Operation CARE services.

He urges all motorists to buckle up for safety.
