A major fund raiser for the Shop with a Cop in Laclede County is coming to an end. The Better Burger contest that has been in full swing for the month of November will end this Sunday. Area First Responders, Lebanon Police, Laclede County Sheriff, Lebanon Fire Department, Mercy EMS and the Missouri State Highway Patrol each concocted their favorite burger. Every burger sold will result in a $1 to the Shop with a Cop program in Laclede County, allowing local first responders to take kids shopping at Christmas. Laclede County Sheriff, David Millsap says, the contest is a lot of fun:

Millsap says, Lebanon Police Detective Kacie Springer runs the program and does an outstanding job with it. Sunday will be the last day to get one of the first responder burgers at Elm Street Eatery in Lebanon.
