One person is dead and two others were injured during a Tractor Trailer wreck in Pulaski County on Thursday morning. According to the Highway Patrol, 48-year-old Kevin Dixon of El Reno Oklahoma was driving on J Highway 5 miles southeast of St Robert when the tractor-trailer unit ran off the side of the road and overturned. A Passenger 27-year-old Ashleigh Fulgham from El Reno Oklahoma was not wearing a seatbelt and died from her injuries. A second passenger 39-year-old Marvin Moore received moderate injuries and was transported to Phelps Health Hospital in Rolla for treatment. Dixon was airlifted to Mercy Hospital in Springfield with serious injuries.
