One charged with property damage; another charged with resisting arrest

A Lebanon man is facing charges after allegedly being caught on camera at a laundry mat. According to the Lebanon Police Report, on Friday an officer responded to Jefferson Street Laundry where someone was breaking into the coin operated machines. When the officer spoke with the suspect, Alexander James Fasick, he pulled a pair of wire cutters from inside a washing machine, after which the officer took pictures of the damage to the washer. According to the report the estimated damage is over a thousand dollars. Fasick is charged with felony property damage.

A Laclede County woman who was driving a stolen vehicle was arrested Thursday. According to the Lebanon Police report, an officer spotted a jeep that had been reported stolen and attempted to get the vehicle pulled over. While traveling down Lynn Street, officers activated their emergency lights and sirens, but the driver didn’t pull over and ran a stop sign. One vehicle pulled in front of the stolen vehicle and a patrol vehicle pulled up behind it, and the driver reportedly put the vehicle in reverse and drove into the patrol vehicle. After a brief time of officers ordering her out of the vehicle, Trabecca R Bethel was arrested with a bond set at $5-thousand-dollars.
