One act plays to be ditected by Waynesville Students
(Waynesville)–Student Directed One Act Plays will be presented this evening and tomorrow evening at the Waynesville High School Theater.
The One-Acts are titled, “Rumpelstiltskin at the Downtown Seven-Eleven,””So You Wanna Be a Cheerleader,” “A Murdered Mystery,” “Nobody Sleeps”, and “The Most Dangerous Game.”
“Rumpelstiltskin at the Downtown Seven-Eleven” takes place in downtown St. Louis, where Rumpelstiltskin “helps” a couple by spinning straw into gold and paying their mortgage until he ultimately demands their first child as his “payment.”
“So You Wanna Be A Cheerleader” is about cheerleading tryouts, a mix between “Bring It On” and “Mean Girls.”
Show time is at 6 o’ clock both nights. Admission is free.
