(Waynesville)–Kevin Hillman, Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney, has announced that 28 offenders have been sentenced to prison over the course of the past several weeks.
Michael Thorsen of St. Robert entered guilty pleas to assault in the second degree, tampering in the first degree, and assault in the third degree.
Judge John Beger sentenced Thorsen to a total of 15 years in the Department of Corrections.
Christopher Woodman of Waynesville failed to adhere to terms and conditions of his probation for two counts of Domestic Assault in the Second Degree. Judge Bill Hickle sentenced Woodman to 14 years of prison time. Demara Hampton of Springfield failed to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation and was sentenced by Judge Beger to serve 7 years in the Department of Corrections. Matthew Watkins of Waynesville violated his probation for domestic assault in the second degree and was sentenced by Judge Bill Hickle to 7 years in the Department of Corrections.
Tyler Pickelsimer of Dixon violated his probation for possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Judge Mike Headrick to 7 years of prison time. Leon Weed of Dixon violated his probation for possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Judge Hickle to a total of 4 years in the Department of Corrections.
