Thirty-three offenders from Pulaski County recently have been sentenced to serve in the Department of Corrections. These include Jason Brown of Dixon, who failed to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation for delivery of a controlled substance. Judge Bill Hickle sentenced Brown to five years in the Department of Corrections. Christina Gertin of St. Robert violated her probation for involuntary manslaughter in the second degree. Judge Kerry Rowden sentenced Gertin to serve 4 years in the Department of Corrections. And, Christopher Daily of Dixon violated his probation for sexual misconduct and was sentenced by Judge John Beger to serve a 4-year prison term. Raymond Rivard of Richland failed to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation for driving while intoxicated as an aggravated offender. Judge John Wiggins sentenced Rivard to 7 years in the Department of Corrections. Matthew Rumbaugh of Waynesville violated his probation for possession of a controlled substance. Judge Bill Hickle sentenced Rumbaugh to 3 years in the Department of Corrections. And, Demon Culpepper of St. Louis violated his probation for possession of a controlled substance. Judge Bill Hickle sentenced Culpepper to serve 5 years in the Department of Corrections.
