An October 5th Circuit Court arraignment is set for a Lebanon man who is charged with child abuse. In June, Lebanon Police officers arrested Danny Jackson, who was accused of beating up a juvenile, and choking her until she lost consciousness. Two women in the home told officers that they had to pull Jackson off the child, but he broke away from them and choked the girl again until she passed out. Jackson reportedly was angry because he believed that the girl had taken money from another family member’s purse. The October arraignment is on 5 counts of felony child abuse.
