Numerous charges facing a Dixon Man
A Dixon Man was arraigned in court in Pulaski County on numerous charges, including drug trafficking, and 3 counts of unlawful possession of a firearm. 24 year old Oscar L. Martinez, also known as Oscar Ruiz is accused of attempting to deliver 90 grams or more of methamphetamine on November 14th. He is also accused of possessing a .45 caliber pistol , a .22 caliber pistol and an SKS 7.62 rifle. Court records indicate Oscar Martinez is a prior offender for committimg several instances of domestic assault., Judge Colin Long set Oscar Martinez’s Bond at $250,000 and scheduled a bond review hearing for November 26th.
