Not To Late To Change Battery

It’s that time of year to start thinking about changing the batteries in your carbon monoxide detector. Cathy Wood with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services says that last weekends time change is a good reminder to do just that…

It is a deadly, colorless, and odorless gas that is produced by the incomplete burning of various fuels including coal, wood, charcoal, oil, kerosene, propane, and natural gas. Carbon monoxide can build up indoors and poison both people and animals who breathe it.
