A Lake Ozark man is facing charges after threatening to shoot his boyfriend during an incident last Thursday. Camden County Deputies responded to the 15-hundred block of Cherokee Road, where Nicholas Michael Waldron was outside of a residence with a gun. At the scene officers found Waldron holding a gun, and ordered him to throw it on the ground. The victim told the Deputy that Waldron was drunk and they got into an argument. He said he left and when he returned Waldron had locked him out, and told him he would shoot him through the door. Waldron then reportedly came out of the house and pointed the pistol at him saying he was going to kill him. Waldron is being held in the Camden County Jail without bond on one count of unlawful use of a weapon.
