Beginning Monday, Lebanon utility customers can sign up for a new online feature to help monitor and better manage their utility use.
The new Lebanon Utilities Customer Portal is a web-based application that will allow customers to see how much water and electric they have used. Customers can use that information to make more informed decisions about utility usage. On Thursday night, Tommy Hough with the City of Lebanon talked about the features in the new dashboard
The interface can also provide customers with the ability to monitor vacation or rental properties or to get an idea of utility usage while away from home. Registration for the Lebanon Utilities Customer Portal is now open. If you need assistance registering, call Lebanon City Hall or visit customer service representatives in the utilities’ office beginning March 9.
