New Lebanon Police Chief is on duty

The new Chief of Police is officially on duty for the City of Lebanon. Chief Jerry Harrison recited the oath of office on Sunday in the presence of City Clerk Laina Starnes.
A Missouri native, Chief Harrison is a 26 year veteran of Law Enforcement, including time serving as the Police Chief of Independence Kansas.

Chief Harrison was offered the job as Police Chief in Lebanon following an extensive search, when Chief Bryan Arnold retired.
