New City Administrator for Osage Beach

During the Wednesday, May 22nd closed session, the Osage Beach Board of Alderman authorized City staff to officially offer the role of City Administrator to Jeffery “Jeff” Hooker. Mr. Hooker has since accepted the position pending official appointment by the Board of Alderman. A “Motion to Appoint” for the position is expected to appear on the Board’s agenda for the regular meeting on June 6th, 2024.
Upon the motion’s passage by the Board of Aldermen, Mr. Hooker will begin his role with Osage Beach on Monday, July 15th, 2024. That week will serve as current City Administrator Jeana Woods’s final week with the City of Osage Beach. Woods plans to open a private CPA firm.

Jeff Hooker has served as the City Administrator for Camdenton since 2020. He has a background in Corrections and holds an MBA in Public Safety and Business Operations from Capella University. He is a credentialed manager of the International City/County
Management Association as well as an active member of many local civic organizations.
