New Additions Will Be Getting Added To The 911 Emergency Center In Laclede County

The Laclede County dispatch center will be getting an upgrade to its building. The bid was awarded at yesterday’s Laclede County Commission meeting, and the contract for the new additions to the 911 emergency center was awarded to DeWitt and Associates. DeWitt was the low bidder at $4- million 674 thousand dollars. Presiding County Commissioner Randy Angst says that Dewitt and Associates were awarded the bid because they had the shortest amount of days to complete the project.
Angst says the project will be getting underway in a couple of months and will be finished in a year.
