Motorcyclist Suffers Injuries Near Phillipsburg

A 49-year old Halfway Missouri man suffered serious injuries in a pickup-motorcycle accident at 4:45 yesterday afternoon on Highway A, a quarter-mile west of Phillipsburg The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that Shawn M. Foster failed to yield entering a curve on his motorcycle and collided head-on with a pickup driven by 36-year old Christopher L Simhiser of Salem. Foster was airlifted to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
