Motorcycle crash injures Camdenton Couple
Two people from Camdenton were hospitalized following a motorcycle crash in Callaway County on Sunday night. According to the Highway Patrol, 54 year old Ronald Hoffmeister of Camdenton was driving a motorcycle on Highway 94, when a deer ran out in front of the bike. Hoffmeister, who received minor injuries, swerved to avoid the deer, ran off the road and overturned. Hoffmeister and his passenger, 51 year old Christina Hoffmeister, who was seriously injured, were thrown from the bike. Both were taken to University Hospital for treatment.
