Morgan County Woman Killed In Christmas Eve Accident

A 26-year-old Florence, Missouri, woman was killed in a three-vehicle accident Saturday afternoon on U.S. Highway 50 in Morgan County. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that a car driven by Kristan R. Price traveled from the eastbound lane into the westbound lane and struck a pickup driven by 37-year-old Trenton R. Overhue of Nixa, the Price’s car traveled back across the road and hit another pickup driven by 28-year-old Layne S. Fischer of Warrensburg. Price was pronounced deceased at the scene. Fischer suffered minor injuries and was taken to Bothwell Hospital in Sedalia.
