Morgan County Accident Injures Three

Three people were taken to Lake Regional Health Center with serious injuries following a two-vehicle accident at 5:12 last night in Morgan County on Missouri Highway 5. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that a car driven by 20-year old Candace J. Shultz of Warsaw slowed to make a left turn and was struck in the rear by a pick-up driven by 75-year old Doris F. Busen of Stover. The Shultz vehicle ran off the road, hit a ditch and several trees before coming to rest in the ditch. Both drivers and a juvenile passenger in the Shultz car were injured in the accident.
