More offenders have been recently sent to the Department of Corrections in the wake of recent Pulaski County Circuit Court proceedings. Daniel Green of Lebanon violated the terms of his probation for possession of a controlled substance. Judge John Beger sentenced him to 4 years in the Department of Corrections. Anthony Russell of Dixon violated the terms of his probation for possession of a controlled substance. Judge Bill Hickle sentenced him to 7 years in the Department of Corrections. Serena Green of Waynesville violated the terms of her probation for burglary in the second degree. Judge Beger sentenced her to 4 years in the Department of Corrections. Gerald Brown of Waynesville pled guilty to domestic assault in the third degree. The defendant was also on probation for domestic assault in the third degree. Judge Hickle revoked his probation and sentenced him to 4 years in the Department of Corrections on each charge.
