More information on Pulaski County Arrest

On Monday, at approximately 3:50 PM, Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department Deputies responded to the 25000 block of Highway W, for a report of a disturbance.
Initial reports advised the altercation was over a prior private vehicle purchase. The Victim said a male subject returned to her home, driving the vehicle into the front porch of the residence, before fleeing in another vehicle. After a pursuit, the vehicle attempted to elude Deputies by turning onto Smokey Road. While continuing to attempt to flee, the driver lost control of the vehicle, coming to rest in a ditch further up the road from Deputies. The driver then fled on foot into a heavily wooded area. The driver was not located at that time. Additional investigation at the original scene identified the driver as Tyson Warner.

Tyson was taken into custody early Tuesday morning, without incident. Yesterday (Wednesday), Judge Long issued the following warrants: Resisting Arrest by Fleeing and Tampering with a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree. Bond is set at $100,000 cash or surety, and Tyson remains in the Pulaski County Jail. A Probation and Parole warrant was issued in addition to this case.
