32 offenders have been recently sent to the Department of Corrections in the wake of recent Pulaski County Circuit Court proceedings. Those incarcerated including Arnold Hall of Crocker violated the terms of his probation for failure to register as a sex offender. Judge John Beger sentenced him to serve 5 years in the Department of Corrections. Rollin Kelley of Dixon violated the terms of his probation for burglary in the second degree and harassment first degree. Judge Beger sentenced him to 7 years and 4 years in the Department of Corrections, a total of 11 years of prison time. Jessica Lowe of Waynesville violated the terms of her probation for possession of a controlled substance. Judge Bill Hickle sentenced her to 5 years in the Department of Corrections. Glenn Brown of Waynesville violated the terms of his probation for possession of a controlled substance. Judge Beger sentenced him to 4 years in the Department of Corrections.
