As the result of recent Circuit Court proceedings, Martin Correa of Springfield was sentenced by Judge John Beger to a 7-year term in the Department of Corrections after entering a guilty plea to a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Andrew Schablow of Vienna entered a guilty plea to burglary in the first degree, and Judge Beger sentenced him to serve 7 years in the D-O-C.
Paul Fergot of Dixon entered a guilty plea to delivery of a controlled substance and manufacture of a controlled substance. Judge Beger sentenced Fergot to a total of 15 years in the Department of Corrections. Tara Foster of Dixon entered a not guilty plea to delivery of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Judge Beger to serve 10 years in the Department of Corrections. John Smith of Laquey was sentenced by Judge John Beger to 3 years in the Department of Corrections after Smith entered a guilty plea to burglary in the second degree. Joyce Lively of Crocker entered a guilty plea to delivery of a controlled substance. Judge Beger sentenced Lively to ten years in the Department of Corrections. Terry Doolittle of West Plains violated his probation for burglary in the first degree and tampering in the first degree. Judge Beger sentenced Doolittle to a total of ten years in the D-O-C. nd Damian Bryan of Waynesville entered a guilty plea to possession of a controlled substance. Judge Beger sentenced Bryan to 7 years in the Department of Correction.
