MODot wants the state legislature to address the issues of driving while using a cell phone

Lynch said one thing that would be allowed would be hands-free technology for people who are 18 and over. At this time, 19 states have banned handheld cell phone use while driving and 48 states prohibit texting while driving for all drivers, and Modot would like to add Missouri to that list.
