Modot Crews are ready for today

Missouri Transportation Department crews will be out in full force today statewide to battle road conditions from a winter storm system. Todd Miller with MoDOT says plow drivers will be working hard.

Miller says the weather event will be challenging for road crews because the front will switch from snow to freezing rain. He says some chemicals they use on the roads may not last and drivers need to use extreme caution.
