MoDOT and Highway Patrol Ramping Up For Winter Storm

Severe winter weather expected to move in Thursday could mess with the holiday plans of many Missourians. State Highway Patrol Captain John Hotz (hots) says the agency is ramping up trooper levels to help drivers along Missouri’s roadways.

Jason Shafer, with the Missouri Department of Transportation, says this storm is expected to be extra challenging….

Shafer says MoDOT will focus on clearing higher volume roads first and then move to other roads.
