MOCA to perform energy audits for Lebanon Property Owners

Vanguard reports that air leakage in a home is responsible for up to 30 percent of a building’s heat loss and 40 percent of a home’s energy loss, which can add up to hundreds of dollars annually. But, a home energy audit can help you reduce those cost by showing you where your home is losing air. Kelly Roberts with the City of Lebanon explains that recently, the Lebanon Public Works Board approved MOCA as a provider of home energy audits in Lebanon.

The City of Lebanon will pay for a significant part of the cost of the energy audit

Roberts said when you make any of the recommended repairs and it’s approved by the city inspector, up to $17-hundred-50 will rebated back to the owner. If you want to have an energy audit performed on your home in Lebanon, call Kelly Roberts at 417-991-3901.
