MOCA provides a free opportunity for success

Sometimes getting started on the path to a new career can be daunting, but Missouri Ozarks Community Action has a program in place that might help. The Certificates Support Program is one of the lesser know programs offered through MOCA, and Donna Owen explains that caseworkers will guide you through much of the process…

There are some income guidelines for the person in the program, and you are required to sign a document making a commitment to complete the program, but Owen said this is an opportunity for someone to get on the road to success.
