He said that doesn’t mean that everyone in Lebanon is going to have to pave their driveway, it just means that all newly constructed driveways must have a hard surface and that you cannot extend an existing hard surface driveway with gravel. Berkich said the city realizes that it may take time to fix the issue…

Berkich also said they realize that there may be some financial challenges for those who receive letters, and the key to addressing the issue is communication directly between the property owner and the compliance office.
