Missouri State University Working On Ozark Folk Festival In Washington D.C.

Dean of Library Services Tom Peters at Missouri State University in Springfield directs the Ozarks Studies Institute.
He’s working with the Smithsonian to create a 10-day folk-life festival in Washington, DC.
