Missouri Kids Reading Program Sparks Visit From Dolly

Missouri’s participation in a reading program has reached the level that triggers an eventual visit from the face of the program – country music singer Dolly Parton. Assistant Commissioner Pam Thomas, with Missouri’s Office of Childhood, says the cost-share program, called “Imagination Library,” allows Missouri children up to age 5 can receive a monthly book for free.

When Dolly will be visiting is unknown. To sign up, go to ImaginationLibrary.com.
