Missouri-Kansas Governors Agree To “Disagree Better”

The governors of Missouri and Kansas are making it a point to “disagree better.” That’s the name of an initiative sponsored by the National Governor’s Association that encourages leaders to develop healthy conflict skills and avoid allowing political disagreement to devolve into personal attacks and hostile behavior. Missouri Governor Mike Parson, a Republican, and Kansas Governor Laura Kelly, a Democrat, filmed a public service announcement for the Disagree Better Initiative while dining on barbecue at a Kansas City restaurant:
