The House Ways and Means Committee in Washington D.C. has released new documents it says strengthens allegations of influence peddling by President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter. The public testimony by two I-R-S whistleblowers follows this month’s launch of an impeachment investigation, alleging Biden abused public office for his family’s financial gain. Southeast Missouri Congressman Jason Smith, a Republican who chairs the committee, says the evidence points to the president being a key player selling his ‘brand’ to Hunter’s foreign business partners and interacting with his son’s business associates.

Kansas City Democratic Congressman Emanuel Cleaver told the Kansas City Star earlier this month that House Speaker Kevin McCarthy should be blamed for ‘choosing chaos and partisan politics over stability and responsible governance for the American people.’
