Mid County Fire receives grant to purchase water rescue equipment

A foundation at the lake has granted funding to Mid County Fire Protection District. Recently Remax Lake of the Ozarks Foundation provided $15-hundred dollars, that Deputy Chief Mark Amsinger says will be used for the water rescue division of the fire district.
Mid County Fire Protection District was just one of the organizations to receive funds from the foundation. In total $84-thousand-900 dollars was given to local charities in the Lake of the Ozarks area.
