Michael Arthur “Mike” Dodds, 81, of Waynesville, MO, former longtime Waynesville US Postmaster, passed away Monday, June 3, 2024, in Mercy Hospital of Springfield, MO.

There are no public services planned at this time and arrangements are under the care and direction of Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville / St. Robert.

Mr. Dodds is survived by four children: Mickey Dodds of Bolivar, MO, Cindy Cook of Pittsburg, TX, Larry Dodds (Ana) of Phoenix, AZ, and Chad Dodds (Jaime) of Sheridan, AR; four grandchildren: Michael Dodds (Grace) of Fayetteville, NC, Hannah Adcock (Dalton) of Winston-Salem, NC, Courtney Dodds and Mia Dodds, both of Sheridan, AR; three great grandchildren: Samuel, Silus, and Atlas; several other relatives and friends.

Mr. Dodds was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Dagmar Dodds.
