Methamphetamine distribution conspirator could spend life in prison

A Springfield man is the fourth person to plead guilty in federal court to his role in a conspiracy that distributed at least 15 kilograms of methamphetamine in a three-county area.
31-year-old Jordan H. Williamson, pleaded guilty admitting that he participated in a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in Cass, Greene, and Miller counties from May 14, 2017, to June 20, 2018. Williamson received methamphetamine to distribute from co-conspirator Christina E. Gauger of Springfield, who was obtaining at least one pound of methamphetamine for distribution every week of the conspiracy. During the investigation around 2.5 kilograms of methamphetamine were seized. Under federal statutes, Williamson is subject to a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in federal prison without parole, up to a sentence of life in federal prison without parole.
