Mayor Jared Carr has declared Friday, April 8th as “A Day of Mourning” in the City of Lebanon in honor of the life of former Mayor Stanley “Bud” Allen. The City of Lebanon will be lowering flags to half staff and the mayor is encouraging all others in the city to follow suit and honor the life of Mr. Allen. The city will be presenting the proclamation on social media channels today. Everyone in the Community is invited to lower flags at half staff to honor the life of former Mayor Bud Allen.
