Donna Caffey and volunteers with the local National Alliance on Mental Illness accepted the proclamation and encouraged everyone to participate in special programs that are held at the Lebanon Laclede County Library. Mayor Carr also issued a proclamation recognizing Local Government Week.

Council approved the request at a cost not to exceed $320-thousand-dollars. Council also approved an agreement for an 8th year between the City and Laclede Industries to conduce weed and nuisance abatement services. Council also approved the purchase of tables and chairs for the Civic Center, the Wallace Building and Mills Center at a cost of $129,414 from Office Essentials.
