Mayor Carr presents Silver Leaf Awards

Two former employees for the City of Lebanon were presented with the Mayors Silver Leaf Award, during Monday night’s City Council meeting. Joe Berkich shared information about the two recipients. Steve Hemphill and Vicky Jones were both generational employee’s, with a long family history of service to the City of Lebanon.

Mayor Jared Carr presented a plaque to both recipients, thanking them for their service. Hemphill and Jones retired as employee’s of the City of Lebanon in 2021.
