Mayor Carr Makes Proclamations During Council Meeting

Lebanon Mayor Jared Carr read an official proclamation honoring former Mayor Stanley H. Bud Allen. Mayor Jared Carr spoke of the many years of service Mayor Allen gave to the city.

Former Mayor Bud Allen died on April 2nd. Mayor Carr proclaimed April 8 2022 as a day of mourning. The proclamation was presented to Mayor Allen’s son Chris Allen and family.
