Family oriented fun, and plenty of it, awaits attendees of the Maries County Fair in Vienna today and tonight.
Live music is one of the highlights of the fair today. Mick Byrd tells us all about it.

Local concerts at 1st and Main will feature Owen Kloeppel, The Hensley Boys, and Andrew Stratman. A Classic Car Cruise-in starts at 1 o’ clock, as does the Capital Cornhole Competition.
Other activities include carnival rides and attractions, livestock shows, Zumba in the Streets this morning at 9:30 at the Old Jail Museum complex, Brewer Science Experiments from one to four o’ clock this afternoon, beer garden, and a D-J Dance Party tonight at 10 o’ clock.
Admission to the fair is $30, which allows each ticket holder to enjoy unlimited carnival rides at no charge.
